Creating new field not in database

I have a report that contains a group. Asset Class, so we've got, common stock, bonds, cash. I need to create a column that shows subtotal of all(I've done), new fields would be subtotal of the asset class common stock, subtotal of bonds and subtotal of cash for a list of accounts. Any help would be appreciated.

If you just need subtotals, right click the field(s) of interest and select Insert->Summary, complete the options for all groups and grand totals as required.

If this doesn't handle your problem, try posting sample data and expected output.
