Just wondering if its possible to create separate "in" boxes for receiving mail....We have a main account and then a sub account set up...and all mail comes to the same inbox. It would be great if we could check out mail separately! Any one know? thanks.

Just create a mail rule to move your 'sub-account' mail.

If you haven't already, create a new folder for your sub-account mail by right clicking on Local folders, New Folder. Name it whatever you'd like - Inbox2 or whatever.

Create a mail rule by going to Tools, Message Rules, Mail, New. Create the rule: Where the To: line contains subaccount address, move it to Inbox2
