creating Multimedia emails (flash)

Would like to create emails containing flash content. have tried embedding into stationary files and linking to server files. both these methods work fine once all active x security settings are disabled.. i have also tried to de-engineer flash emails that have been sent to me. but there is no difference in the codeing used and even we trying to use these files as stationary or simply forwarding to another address all of the flash content is stripped, code along with it.
Does anyone have a solution or information????
