Hello,

I have been trying to investigate constructing some custom screens for our department. Getting Mainframe changes to go through requires the approval of many departments. The demo 3270 connection would be one way to create these custom screens without interfering with other departments. I would simulate the functionality of our mainframe using macros while enchancing other functions. By creating a puesdo-set of new screens, I can show the new screens and functions in action without having to make any significant system changes.

Unfortunately, I do not know how I can edit the .pss files from which the 3270 demo connection runs from. (For us they are stored in "C:\Program Files\Attachmate\E!E2K\Schemes\ENU\"). I opened them in Notepad hoping to make some sense of them, however I was unable to. I was wondering if anyone has any sucess with this or if Attachmate has some software to create the demo .pss files. Any reference to this that I have found is either vague or no longer available.
