Creating Menus for use in Encore DVD

I have created a Layer Group called (+)Play_All and within that i have a Layer called Play All, which contains some text and another Layer called (=1)Play All.

When i import the menu into Encore DVD, the Layer (+)Play_All is a button, but the there is no highlight. I am new to Photoshop and i would appreciate any help on creating buttons / highlights
