Creating Menu item in VB IDE (design time)

Hello.

I am developing Add-Ins named Project Guide 2000 with Master Wizard ( http:/pguide2000.narod.ru )
and I have one problem that I can not solve. It is very needed for the product. The Problem is:

I can create new Menu Item in design time (VBIDE) but I can not make SubMenu item.

Example:
File 'Can create
New 'Can't create
Open 'Can't create
Edit 'Can create

So it is too bad for the goal of Wizards that I am creating.
