I have a customer using a MICS 4.1 with a NAM (don't know the version). When I want to add a mailbox to a specific extension (226) it ask me for mailbox number, extension and when I enter the class of service it give me an error ''unable to proceed'' and hang up. It's only with extension 226. I tried to delete mailbox 291 and recreate it and it work well and I don't have enough mailbox here to fill the voicemail maximum

Help needed on that one
Thanks

Sounds like corruption "Cannot continue"
Mailbox did not delete properly in the SYSDIR file.

Only way to fix is to try one of the following:
-Try a reboot of the NAM
-Have ITAS dial into the modem to repair/delete corruption
-Back up programming, REINSTALL, Restore

Work around is to create maibox 326 but associate it with 226.

-the user will just need to know if checking remotely to check MB 326.
-Also if reception uses vmail transfer (F986) then to send to 326.

or assign the user another DN

I will create an other mailbox like you said 326 or I will completely change the extension

Thanks for your fast reply
