I have created archived database's for several users. I then create link's to those database's through the Administration Client by selecting Files Tab, Folder Tab, and New Link... It's worked for the first 4 users with no problem, other than the quirk that I had to do it twice for each user. First time the link creates with a blue icon on the left side, the second time the icon looks like a folder. Problem now is each time I try and create the link for the fifth user, I keep getting the blue book looking icon, and never get the correct one. Is there a trick to creating a link from the Administration Client, or am I just doing something wrong? Thank you very much for any assistance you can provide.

I have found the solution! Instead of trying to create a link from the Administrator, create the link manually from Notepad. Type in the server, path, and file name. Remember to save the file as a .nsf not .txt. Refresh the Administrator screen, and it will appear. This is faster than creating the link through Notes Administrator.
