As always appreciate any help you all could offer. Here is the situation.

A user would like for his admin to be able to intercom in and tell him he has a call. From what I'm reading these two phones need to be on a Dial Intercom Group? If that's the case, how would I create the group?

Under ld 20, I checked for DIG's and we do not currently have any setup. Any easy way to go about this?

Thanks

you can out the dig on any unused key
v= voice, the person can talk right thru
r= ring, the phone will ring first

so for ext 3939 it would be

key 14 dig 01 39 v

Ok, that makes sense. That would go on his phone correct? If I'm right there, what would go on the recep's phone?

recep gets the same grp # but use the last 2 digits of that phone

Be sure to define the number of intercom groups that you want to use in the CDB (LD 15). DGRP is the prompt - the default number of groups is 0.

You could also you a voice call for this purpose.
