Creating input masks for N.I numbers, 2

Hi there,
I am creating a database to hold our personnel records. I am trying to create several input masks so for fields such as National Insurance number and Telephone number (the microsoft is different to what i need). If anyone can help me out with this it would be much appreciated.

NINO input mask: >LL000000L;;_

(This won't work for temporary NINOs, as sometimes assigned by the inland revenue).
