I have a list of user names and passwords in Access 2007. what im trying to do is when a user logs in to Access, each user has his or her own custom menu. how do i make a custom menu for each person? also i want to be able to limit what each user can and cant do. for instance, i want lets say Mike to only be able to input data in tables 1 and 2, and i want Jim to be able input data in tables 3 and 5 only.

Thanks,
Valgore

About point 2:
You could work with your own created logins (or use windows logins); then set the rights for each person on the different controls. For instance, if form1 loads (with recordsource table1), Mike will be able to input data, while Jim is only allowed to view the data
