Just go into File -> Preferences -> SmartIcon settings and drag a macro icon from the group on the left to your icons on the right. Then just select "Edit Icon". Here you can attach a formula to the icon. Just use @Command( [ToolsRunMacro] ; agentname ) and then save the icon.
OK, I'm very close now, but getting "Internal Error processing command: incorrect number of parameters." when I try to use it. (I did replace "agentname" with the actual name of my agent)
Is it just a syntax issue?
This one runs the agent "SPAM Manager" in my mail DB.
A couple of things to check:
1. The agent name is case sensitive and must be in quotes
2. The database that contains the agent must be open when you click the icon otherwise you get an "agent does not exist" error.
