I am trying to create a Lotus Notes sig in MS Word.

I type in the text I want, and save it as an HTML file and then designate that file for my sig.

When I look at the file in the HTML, it looks like I want it too, but when it's in my email's sig, it looks like everything is spaced out..

i.e.

FName LName
Company
Phone

Looks like

FName LName

Company

Phone

Hi Groves22,

What does it look like in Word? If you've got paragraph breaks separating the lines, and the paragraphs are formatted with leading/trailing spaces, that should be carried over to how the html displays. Try changing the paragraph breaks to manual line breaks.

Cheers
