How does one make it so the users name appears on the top of a print job when they print out their email?

If you are using GroupWise 5.5EP, turn on the QuickViewer first (View - QuickViewer). Next open up a message and right click inside of the body of the message. You will see an option for Print (Preview) Options. Select this and you will find a check box for Print Header.

Well, unfortunately for me we are using 6.5 and when I open Quick viewer and right click in the body of an email I don't get a print options option. No sign of headers checkboxes.

Any other ideas?

I have the same problem. Did you ever find a solution?

Never mind... here is the solution...
Right click on an unopened email and select <View> from the pop up menu.
Right click in the middle of the message and select <Print (preview) Options>.
There is where you will find the Header options.
