I am Very new to PhotoShop. I am trying to create some sort of a header for a web page with the company logo. What's the easiest way to accomplish this? Right now I mage the page size the size I would like the header to be. Am I heading in the right diretion? Also, I was thinking about stretching part of an image to use as the background. What's the best way to go about doing this? I'd appreciate any suggestions.
