Creating group Calendar for an individual

I am trying to create a group Calendar to view someones calendars. When I try to look at that persons Calendar it give me a message "No scheduled information for the required attende could be found" We are on release 5.04.
I am able to create other Calendars with no problem. I went into the calendar delegation and made sure it said that anyone could view this calendar. If someone is having a simular problem please let me know?
