Hi all,

I am creating graphs on daily basis record. Some times I don't have record for that day, but I want to show on a graph with zero value.
e.g. I have sales table

Day ........ Sales
=====================
Mon ........ $400
Tue ........ $100
Thu ........ $600
Sat ........ $20

Even though I don't have any records of Wed and Fri, I want to show them on graph and displaying their zero values to represent no sales is done on these days.

Can someone help me in this regard,

Thanks in advance.

Regards,

Abid.

You can't add data points to the chart without data.

If you create a conditional formula and grand total for each day of the week you may be able to use an advanced/detail chart with these 7 grand totals as your values to summarize. Ken Hamady
