creating forward/advance buttons

Hi, need some help

Im look to place a forward and advance button on each on my 25 frames so I can click on them to either take me forward or back a frame. I can click to advance at the moment but how can i create a button that will do this for me.

If you just want to go to the previous frame, you can write:

on mouseUp
go the frame - 1
end

i forgot about the hold on frame behaviour!

Is there anyway of linking a word doc to director so when I click on a hyperlink it takes me to a doc on my hard drive. Im new to director ..
