Creating Formatted Label in MS Word

Could someone help me create a formatted label in MS Word??? It seems easy enough to do, I'm just not getting it. It would need to look something like:

ID Number: ##########
Doc. Number: A#######
Page X of Y

Where I would like to be able to enter the "ID Number" and Doc. Number" once to show on all labels. Then I would like to be able to add in the total number of pages so that the exact number of labels needed would be created and numbered.

Try using the [AUTONUMBER] field and [PAGE] and [NUMPAGES] from the Insert/Field menu
