Is there some way to be able to open a blank Outlook email window from Access that is preaddressed to all of the email addresses contained in a particular table or query?

You can use SendObject with acSendNoObject, if outlook is your default email program.

I'm not having any luck getting the syntax to be accepted for this command. That aside, it does not appear that this will produce a recipient list for all of the records in a specified table or query, but maybe just for an active record - am I understanding this correctly? Is one supposed to programmatically build the list into a variable by scrolling through the records before using the SendObject command?

Well you could use the code in FAQ701-4233 to build your To list. Or yes you could loop through the query record set and send individual emails for each record found in the query.
