Creating Email Groups in Outlook 97?

Hello,

Just moved to Outlook 97 from Outlook Express. I am not able to determine how to create email groups.

Also in Express when I typed the first few letters of a stored adressee's name for a new email it filled in the rest automatically. Does Outlook 97 have this feature?

I didnt set it up so dont know if it is in the default settings or what but on the tools menu the is an Address book option which starts a menu that has an option for personal disribution lists. I dont want to go to Chelsea!!!
