We are migrating our system from the Aspect platform to the Avaya platform. We currently have the functionality on our wall display boards to display the aggregate service level for all vectors in our center which updates every 1-2 minutes. An Avaya representative states that they do not believe that their is a way to continue this display.
Is anyone aware of a way for me to provide this functionality, either through CentreVu or another method? One method which came to mind, was a script which would calculate similar to thread690-242268. Any ideas as to if this would work? Any assistance anyone could provide would be greatly appreciated.
