Hello Guys,

I tried connecting to my local webserver (localhost) from VS.NET 2003 and its telling me the .NET Framework isn't installed yet i can see the ".NET Configuration Wizard" when i goto control panel, Anyway i reinstalled the framework and still nothing. I went under the the application properties in IIS and there is no mapping for the .aspx extension!!

Any ideas? I am running Windows XP Pro. This all works on my laptop :(

have you installed the SDK or the standard .NET Framework?

Had a similar problem like that when I first installed VS.NET and had to re-install the framework.

Try a search on aspnet_regiis it might help.
This might solve your problem.
