Creating Domain account and forcing password change

Hi,

I wrote a vbscript to create Domain accounts but it does not set the "user must change password at next logon" field. Does anyone know how to set this field using vbscript?

PDC is an NT 4 server. I am running the script from Win2000 client. I have been using ADSI to create the account.
