Hi Guys,

Got a question re the above. I'm attempting to program a night service auto-attendant on my Option 11 and have run up on a prob that I'm not sure how to do.

I have programmed a new entry (7004) in my Voice Services DN Table on Meridian Mail which has a service of MS103. This has a revert DN of 219 together with a greeting (press 1 for ..., press 2 for ... etc.) It then has key functions programmed to the site requirements i.e. press 1 goes to TS, 2 goes to extn 219, 3 goes to extn 287 etc. The TS selection is programmed as a Thru-Dial Service. I'm pretty sure that the functionality of the above is correct. However, when I try to dial 7004 from a phone to test the above the system says it doesn't recognise 7004. Further investigation using LUVU shows that 7004 is an unused number in the main system. My question to which I don't know the answer is how to enable 7004 to use as a routing number to the above facility and can I put 7004 as the NIT 1 designation or do I have to put it into a group and make the group to be the NIT 1 point.

Thanks in advance guys for helping an aging uninitiated.
