creating development sites under different locations

Ok, I am trying to set up a development server. I have 15 different sites. Let's say sites are under:

e:/websites/site1
e:/websites/site2
...
e:/websites/site15

On the other hand, when you hit

http://localhost:8500/cfide/,

CF knows to look at C:\CFusionMX7\

http://wwwroot\CFIDE,

Is there a way to create local sites and point them some place different than the website root i.e. e:/websites/site1 ?
