creating dependent picklist in crm4.0

Hi All,

I am Sudhakar.I am working as a crm4.0 technical consultant.I have got one requirement.Please provide me the solution for this.

Requirement

"The State/Province Field of Ship to/Bill to Address should have the following Drop Down Option IN THE Customer Form:
1. Outside US
2. Inside US
2.1. The List of States to select the desired state.

In the above requirement, if user select 'Inside US' then we should show the picklist 'list of states' and user select the one of the state from picklist.

Please provide me is there any javascript code for automatically generating list of US states in that picklist.I don't want to enter each and every state of US.

Why don't you want to create a picklist with all of the available states?

It is the best solution.

You could have some javascript to enable / disable the picklist when the State / Province field changes.
