Creating Custom Views with Custom Permissions on a Task List

Hey everyone,
I have a task list where I would like to everyone to be able to create tasks and view the tasks that they have created ONLY (in essence My Tasks).
Then I have a group of people that I want to be able to view All Tasks.

How do I associated permissions to views? This is my first time posting so please let me know if you need more information.

you could set up a filter and use [ME] in a column relating to the user name.
