Is there a way to get into the Call Center database to look at information so I can write a custom report? I can user Crystal Reports, or Excel to pull the information, but wanted to know if this is possible with Cisco.

You didn't mention the type (UCCX or UCCE). I only work on UCCE. If you have an administrative workstation or administrative server (AS or AW) they have a SQL database with Views to all the historical data. The database name you will use ends in awdb.

I know in UCCX 10.6 you can do custom reports. I do not recall if you could or not in older versions. Never had to personally.

Yes, it is UCCE, RLS 11.x. I will get access via the integrator and see what I can pull.
