I am trying to create an ODBC connection from a workstation to the Call Center Reporting Server. We want to connect to the database and create custom reportings using Crystal Reports. I installed the MYSQL driver on the workstation but always fails due to the login.

I tried using the user name listed on the ODBC connection on the server (webhost). Any idea what the password or how I cannot to the database?

Thanks.

Sorry, this is running 3.6 which uses MySQL vs Access. I believe it changed after 3.5 as the new Call Center Reporting is fully web based.

Yeah it is MYSQL database.

Have you tried the CCRS password that has been set up on the BCM. I know this is the password that the call center reporting software uses to retrive the data from the BCM.

I have a article about the setup of the BCM on my website.

Whatever I try seems to fail. I copied the user name listed on the CCR server when reviewing the OBDC connection webhost. mrmarshall, if you have access to CCR, can you try connecting? You will have to install the MYODBC driver on your workstation you are connecting from. I'm sure Nortel won't pass on this information since we are trying to connect to the database directly.

Thanks.
