Creating Custom report using Crystal Reports

We have created custom reports in Crystal reports. I have the ODBC connection, but when it ask for user name and password, I have tried my CCM6 user name and password and will not let me log in. Is there a change I need to make to my user profile? thanks.

Is your CC Server a member of an Active Directory?

yes it is. So then we should be able to utilize our AD accounts for access?

You may want to try the full LDAP formatted AD login for admin access.

Try the Sysadmin user ID and password as defined on the utility client.

I just use my own uid and pwd created for me by our telecom specialist. I'm not sure if that'll work for your version though.
