Creating Custom Controls

I need to make a control which is simply a text box and a label .... I want the user control to have all the same properties, events , and methods as a textbox but to expose a Caption Property which will map to the text property of the label .... How do I do this other than creating a property for each property of the textbox .... How do I expose the text properties ... similar to the old vb6 activex control interface wizard .... there has to be a better way
