Hello,

Problem: Not finding a solution for creating a Custom Multi-Skill CMS Real-Time Report.

Question: Is it possible to create an Avaya CMS Custom Real-Time report using Screen Painter only (We don't have Report Designer and I don't want to pay Professional Services either) that can accept a range of skills and then report one decrete aggregate or sum total of current calls in queue for these skills and not have any repeats (We queue to three skills simultaneously in each Vector for our VDN's) and if so how?

System Info: S8700, Call Center Elite, CM 2.0, CMS R11, CMS Supervisor R11, Using ACD/EAS Enviroment.

I basically would like to have the CMS, Real-Time, Queue/Agent, Status Report run from CMS Supervisor software to show a summary of multiple calls in queue instead of just one skill at a time. I'm fairly familiar with using Screen Painter, but I'm at a point where either it's not possible or I can't find the answer.

I also like the CMS, Integrated, Split/Skill, Comparison Report, but with one total and no repeats of Queued calls. But I've learned that you can't customize a Integrated report using Screen Painter, it has to be with Report Designer which I don't have.

We have an inbound call center using multiple VDN's, Vectors, Skills and our Supervisors need to have just one report that can show all calls in queue for all skills with no repeats.

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.
