Creating Chart based on query

Lets start from the top, I have built a query that pulls data from multiple tables. From this query I need to extract the data from it in sections to display graphs and charts worth of information and in addition to each section I need to group it by name.

I'm not sure how much information I need to post on here but I think this will be enough for everybody to get an idea of what I'm working with.

Query Results

As you look at that image you will see that the data is ordered by name and month.

What I need to do is take samples of the other fields and place them in line charts in a group of charts per "name" (server)

Example: for the Accounting Server(saturn) I need to have a line chart displaying the 3 months worth of CPU_AVG and CPU_MAX, then another line chart showing AVG Disk and MAX Disk, then another line chart showing AVG_Memory and MAX_Memory, then another line chart showing IN_AVG, IN_MAX, OUT_AVG, and OUT_MAX. After all those charts are displayed then I need to have the next "name"(server) display the same information.

I have made several attempts at placing charts into the report, but I either create a big loop in the script that it never completes or it continously asks for data input that should be pulled from the table.

Any help, thoughts, comments or idea would be appreciated.

You should create a main report based on a query of just the unique servers. Then add charts to the detail section and use the link master/child to limit the charts to the current server.
