creating bootdisks/ net boot disks

I seem to have forgotten where those utilities lie from where I can create boot disks and net boot disks (I assume they are still different) in Rh7.3.
I can use rawwrite to create the disks in windows, but I want to do it on a redhat7.1 machine.
Thanks.

mkbootdisk will create a boot disk.
