Creating Bookmarks in Adobe 5.0

I'm trying to create bookmarks in Adobe 5.0 so that my user have a better way to navigate through my serveral documents. I have created the parent book marks however i can;t seem to find out how to create a second level bookmark ffrom that parent level.

Example:

Bookmark 1
Sub-Bookmark
Sub-Bookmark

Bookmark 2
Sub-Bookmark
Sub-Bookmark
 
Sort by date Sort by votes
creat a new bookmark then click on it and drag it into the parent bookmark then it will be like you want it.
