I am creating a full back up to run every night from my SQL Server 2000 to an IT Server backup SQL. I have mapped my IT drive to the SQL Server 2000 with no issues, but when I am trying to create the backup using enterprise manager, and add the drive I cannot not see the drive, is not one of my options. ANy help will be very appreciate

Thanks

Jimmy

The backup still resides on your sql server. You have to map a drive on your sqlserver to your backup server.

Enterprise won't be able to see the mapped drives. It will only see physical drives.

You'd need to enter the full network path to where you want to backup to.
