Creating ASN's in eBack?

I am trying to figure out a way to send via email or fax a copy of the customers shipment information - an Advanced Shipment Notification (ASN). Any suggestions are greatly appreciated! I think I read in some of the documentation there was a way to merge data with Word?

It would be ideal that after their order has been invoiced (we do invoicing the next day) that we could automatically send the ASN which would include info on the back ordered items.
