Creating ascii files from access

Hello,

I am trying to export a table and creat an ascii file, but i am facing some problems:

1) The numeric fields are altered, for example a value of 000019999 is transfered as 19999 (without the zeros)
2) According to my format type, the text in some fields should be convert to uppercase.However, during the creation of the ascii file the text is written in lowercase.

Can anyone help me,
please?
