Creating arrows with an outline 2

I need to create an arrow with an outline. I drew a line and added an arrowhead. Now I need to make the color of the arrow white with a black outline. I can't find a way to add an outline. I thought there might be a way similar to creating outlines around text with the fill and stroke, but I can't find a way to do that with lines.

If you want to make things a bit easier, look at Window menu/brush libraries and/or symbol libraries. You'll find many arrows. You cna use any and simply reshape/resize/recolor to your needs.

Now your arrow is an object you can add a stroke.
