Hallo.
I need to be able to create another database(db2) from within a first database(db1), open it, copy a few tables (relationships & all) and forms across to it, then close the first database(db1), leaving the user looking at the freshly created db(db2).
Does this look feasible?
& does anyone know how?

All help very appreciated.

TransferDatabase Action topic in help should get you going on how to transfer the tables, relationships, and forms.
Opening the new database and closing the old may be a little trickier, getting the database to open is easy just declare a NEW Application object that points to the new database, as far as closing the old database I would probably try running an AutoExec macro in the new database (but stored in the old database with a different name) that closes the old database.
Hope this helps.

Cheers, man - just what I need.
