Hi.

I am trying to implement user and role athentication and authorization in a JDeveloper (10.1.2). I am not using LDAP.
I have found a lot of information about how to create a "user database" in the jazn-data.xml file.

I am, however, looking for some way to have the users/passwords listed in an underlying (Oracle) table, and not in the jazn-data.xml file.
I alreaddy have a lot of persons registered in the database and I want those persons/users to be able to log into an application developed in JDeveloper.

I have found some good information on how to do this on a Tomcat web server, but I am using Oracle AS, and have found no help about this.

Does anyone know how to do this? Or parhaps know where I could look for some information.
