Hi
I've no idea how to start this, so I would appreciate a kickstart from someone.
I need to estimate when a dividend tax reclamation is going to be paid based on the allowable timeframe from date of submission to a foreign tax authority, e.g. the SLA for Germany is 17 months and if the reclaim was made on 10 Jun 2002, then I would have expected the tax to have been repaid by 10 Nov 2003. The report should show that the tax is late being paid if it has not been received by this date.
Equally, it should show future due dates.
My mental block on this is how to ensure the SLA periods e.g. 14, 17, etc. months, are consistent with real-time calendar and not just 420 days as a constant.
Any ideas are very welcome!!!
Cheers
