I'd like to create a shortcut bar similar to the basic MS Outlook one down the left side of my database. The buttons would open other forms, reports etc. Any tips for doing this?
I know I could create a form with buttons that opens screens using macros, but it would take a lot of fiddling with window sizes etc (and I'm not a graphic artist by any strech). Basically I'm asking if there is an inbuilt way in Access (2003), or if anyone has tips on how to do this efficiently - or create user friendly shortcuts in an alternative way.

Many thanks.
