Howdy,
I am trying to enforce a company signature policy for our small (10-user) org. We have a logo, in MS Word format, one part as a picture and the second part as an object in MS Word. I need to create a template that I can place on the server for everyone to access and modify and save as their own.
What is the best way to take this information and convert it into HTML so I can use it in the template? I tried doing a simple "Save As Web Page" and it creates an .htm file, which is seen and recognized by Outlook as a Signature, but the areas where the picture and object are become red X's. Obviously my skills lie elsewhere than MS office, but I'm a fast learner. MS Office 2003, SP2. Thanks as always.
