Creating an Outlook Rule through VBA

I have E-mails coming from the server everyday. I check to make sure they have all come through (usually 5 E-mails), then move them to a folder called "DTS". Now, I could set up a rule to automatically send them over to this folder, but I'd prefer not to.

What I'd like to do is create a VBA function/rule that I can then call from a command button. Basically, it should check the main Inbox folder for anything with the string "DTS - Successful" and move them to the "DTS" subfolder and mark as read.

I'm having trouble with the VBA code as I am familiar with VB/Access, but unfamiliar with Outlook. I am using Outlook 2002 and any help would be greatly appreciated.
