CREATING AN ORGANIZATION FORMS LIBRARY IN EXCHANGE 2003

I can only seem to find instructions for creating the Organization Forms Library in Exchange Server 4.0, 5.0, and 5.5. Does anyone know how to create it in Exchange 2003??

thanks for the response and sorry for seeming dumb. i searched and everything that i found was for exchange 5.5 or older. that's why i posted because i couldn't waste much more time looking when it needed to be completed. thanks again!
