Creating an OPEN NEW WINDOW link

OK, what seems like the simplest of tasks has taken forever here. I need help! Adobe LM2 I am trying to create a link so that when you click it a NEW window opens. Here is my link path:
getURL(' window="_blank");


What am I doing wrong?? It won't open a new window!

Help please!
