Thanks to those who responded to my original thread. Perhaps if I explain my main objective in more detail someone can advise further. I need to automate a link between Visual FoxPro 5 and Serif Page Plus 8. I produce a football programme for a local club and have set up several databases recording results, league tables, players' appearances, goalscorers etc but I currently have to type the resulting reports manually into Page Plus tables to print the programme as one electronic document. It appears the only way I can import into page plus is as an image. Adobe Acrobat has been mentioned, which I will look into, but as yet I don't even know how to get a foxpro report into it !! Sorry to be dim but this is not really my forte. Hope someone can help.

As far as Acrobat itself. If you purchase Adobe Acrobat (I think they are up to v.8.5) the FULL version (not just the free reader, when you install it, it also creates an "Adobe Acrobat Distiller" printer driver, that you can use as any other printer driver, but in effect it generates a PDF file, that can be viewed with the Acrobat Viewer.

Jaws makes a pretty good PDF maker as well (half the price of Adobe) Regards

Hi,

You could also look into Win2PDF. It makes a PDF print driver. When using it, I need to set the Win2PDF printer as the default to get it to work correctly. It can be used as downloaded, or for a fee you can register it to eliminate the nagging last page that print in the demo version.
