Creating an Invoice form at 8.5x11 but tray will not accept

I have created an invoice that is 8.5 x 11 in crystal report.

Same size as letter. The HP8000DN will allow me to assign letter on try 3 to be duplexed, but will not allow me to assign our invoice to tray 3 saying that it is not the support size but it is the same as letter.

Any thoughts?
